Summer Training Camp:
Player Profile, Skills training (Speed, Agility, Strength, Conditioning, & Explosive movement), Film, Short clips, Combine Testing (LASER), 40 time, Shuttle time, 3 Cone L-Drill, & Vertical Jump & Weekly Sunday training throughout the year starting as young as age 8.
Reading with Paige:
Option 2: Reading fundamentals, Writing, Spelling, Grammar, Penmanship, Vocabulary & Storytelling (This Year Around Course meets once every Sunday throughout the year)
The Beyond Breakfast Foundation:
Young Men & women Mentorship, Discipline, Structure, Venting through Journaling, Accountability, Group Discussions, & and Community service as a group
